Bass Machining obtains their contracts through several means; bidding, sub-contracting, customer initiated sales. Contracts can consist of both local (Maryland) and National projects. Bass Machining conducts all manufacturing to strict quality requirements but is apt to also adhering to any customer specific manufacturing protocol. Bass Machining is capable of JIT (Just-in-Time) Manufacturing for specific quantities per project but will also inventory parts (yearly) for customers whom require, shipping as needed. Bass Machining has no metal specific limitation and is also capable of manufacturing some non-metal parts.


The Bass Machining Manufacturing Process consists of the following high level guidelines necessary to assure that materials, machined parts and assemblies are inspected and tested substantiate product conformance to drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
